My project was deployed at client site. So it was a great learning experience as being deployed at client site gives an oppurtunity to really understand the client expectations and makes you learn to work under pressure and handle the corporate world.
I enjoyed workin there as the manager and the rest of the teammates were really supportive and took good care of the new joinees. We really had to work hard as the client expected us to deliver every time and we fulfilled it by giving our best. Usually we used be very busy which actually taught us to grow in this competitve world and rest of the things were really taken care by the company.

It was my first full-time job that I had secured through on-campus hiring at college. As I was hired as a trainee the regular process is such that , the day started and ended with training. My co-workers were all fresh graduates from different parts of the country, so it was more or less like a continuation to college in a work atmosphere - with as much fun. The most enjoyable part of the job was definitely my role as the batch representative.
Soon after the first day at work, I was selected as the batch representative, for a batch of close to 40 people. This gave me an opportunity to interact with greater number of people and outside of something that we had to do anyways.
