Yes, it is a bit expensive and it was too crowded as there were many of the play areas we could not access as they were occupied by others and I did have a thought that is this what I paid for!
But, in the end what really matters is the kids have fun and my 3 and a half year old daughter did have a ball of time! Spring and summer in Berlin are glorious. So from May-September you can enjoy clear skies and warm weather, which are the perfect time to cruise along the Spree.
